Connecting to Your FTP

The FTPs link has been updated. The login credentials are the same, but the host has changed and you will need to connect using FTPs:

Hostname: ftp2-[INSTANCE_NAME].puresend.com

FTPS Port: 21

You will need to make sure that you are using FTPS with ‘Explicit FTP over TLS’. I have provided a screenshot as to what the settings should be moving forward with using FTPs:
