How to Create a Search Criteria

1. Select “Search Criteria” from the “Jobs” tab above.

2. Select “Create a new search criteria” from search criteria index page.

3. Choose a name for this new Search Criteria and select the options from the drop down list which you would like to use for your custom criteria.

You have the option to select different types of conditions (AND & OR) for many different variables and once saved, you may use while searching list contents or creating names to mail to within Jobs.

AND option : displays a record if all the conditions are separated by AND.

OR option : displays a record if any of the conditions are separated by OR.
